دير مار روكز – مراح المير القليعاتيُعتَبَر دير مار روكز – مراح المير أوَّل ديرٍ للرهبانيَّة في قضاء كسروان. بُني في ٢٦ أيلول ١٨٥٤، في عهد الأب العام سابا كرَيدي، بعد أن حصلت الرهبانيّة على رضى البطريرك يوسف راجي الخازن. وكان الانتهاء من بناء الدير سنة ١٨٦٢. سنة ١٩٩٠ رُمّم الدّير بعد القذائف التي دمّرت قسمًا كبيرًا منه، وبنيت بقربه مدرسة لتعليم الأولاد.The Monastery of St Rock - Mrah el Mir QlayaatThe Monastery of St Rock is the first one for the Lebanese Maronite Order in Kesserwan. It was built in 26 september 1854 during the reign of Abbot Saba Kreidy after the approval of Patriarch Youssef Raji el Khazen, and the construction was done in 1862. In 1990 the monastery was renovated after it was damaged by bombshells during the civil war. A shcool was added to educate local children.

كنيسة تلاميذ مار مارون مطرانيّة جبيل المارونيّة - عمشيت

في ٢٥ حزيران سنة ١٨٩٢ أوقف فارس جبوّر كرم بيته وأرزاقه لنيابة جبيل البطريركيّة، لتكون مركزًا للنائب البطريركيّ. سنة ١٩٠٨ كُرّست الكنيسة في الطابق السفليّ على اسم الشهداء الثلاثمئة والخمسون تلاميذ مار مارون. الكنيسة كناية عن قبوٍ طويل فيه مذبح خشبيّ. رمّم البناء سنة ١٩٩١ وأصبح مقرًّا لأبرشيّة جبيل المارونيّة.

The church of the disciples of St Maroun in Jbeil’s episcopal seat - Aamchit

On the 25th of June 1892, Fares Jabbour Karam donated his estate to the patriarcal vicariats of Jbeil to become a headquarter for the patriarcal vicar. In 1908 a small church dedicated to the 350 martyrs disciples of St Maroun was consecrated in a vault on the groud floor. The church has a wooden altar and tabernacle. The structure was renovated in 1991 and became the seat of the newly created Maronite Bishopric of Jbeil.

هو دير قديم يعود لأوائل القرون الوسطى، لم يبقَ منه سوى الكنيسة. الكنيسة مبنيّة بعقدٍ سريريّ وحنيتين بمذبحين، على اسم السيّدة ومار سابا. على الجدران ماثلة بقايا جداريّات. إستُخدم الدّير كمركزٍ أسقفيّ في حبريّة البطريرك يوحنّا اللحفديّ. رُمّم أخيرًا سنة ٢٠١٠ بمناسبة تطويب الأخ اسطفان نعمه.

The monastery of St Sabas the hermit - Lehfed

An ancient ruined monastery that dates back to the high middle ages, with a church still standing. The church is a crib vault structure with a double apse and two altars dedicated respectively to the Madonna and St Sabas. Some traces of the frescoes can be noticed on the walls. The church was an episcopal residence during the pontificate of Patriarch John of Lehfed. The church was restored in 2010 with the canonisation of Blessed Estfan Nehme.

كنيسة مار مارون - جزّين
بنيت الكنيسة بسعي أهالي البلدة سنة ١٨٦٨ على أنقاض الكنيسة الأولى التي خَربَت بعد أحداث ١٨٦٠. هي كنيسةٌ كبيرةٌ مبنيّةٌ على النمط البازيليكيّ بثلاث أسواق، وعقدها يُعدّ الأعلى في كنائس جبل لبنان القديم. اللوحة من عمل الرسّام داوود القرم.

The church of St Maroun - Jezzine
The church was built by the locals in 1868 to replace the old church that was devastated in the war of 1860. It is a big church with a basilical design and the highest vault in XIXth century Mount Lebanon. The painting of St Maroun is the work of Dawoud el Qorm.
