دير مار روكز – مراح المير القليعاتيُعتَبَر دير مار روكز – مراح المير أوَّل ديرٍ للرهبانيَّة في قضاء كسروان. بُني في ٢٦ أيلول ١٨٥٤، في عهد الأب العام سابا كرَيدي، بعد أن حصلت الرهبانيّة على رضى البطريرك يوسف راجي الخازن. وكان الانتهاء من بناء الدير سنة ١٨٦٢. سنة ١٩٩٠ رُمّم الدّير بعد القذائف التي دمّرت قسمًا كبيرًا منه، وبنيت بقربه مدرسة لتعليم الأولاد.The Monastery of St Rock - Mrah el Mir QlayaatThe Monastery of St Rock is the first one for the Lebanese Maronite Order in Kesserwan. It was built in 26 september 1854 during the reign of Abbot Saba Kreidy after the approval of Patriarch Youssef Raji el Khazen, and the construction was done in 1862. In 1990 the monastery was renovated after it was damaged by bombshells during the civil war. A shcool was added to educate local children.

كنيسة مار سابا - عبدين

أواخر القرن الثامن عشر استوطن عبدين عائلات من الفلّاحين شركاء لمشايخ آل صعب، وبنوا لهم قبوًا صغيرًا ليكون كنيسةً مكرّسة لمار سابا. سنة ١٨٨٤ بوشر بناء الكنيسة الحاليّة بسعي الخوري يوحنّا العلم وتمّ البناء سنة ١٨٨٩. تحوي الكنيسة لوحة لمار سابا من عمل كنعان ديب تعود لسنة ١٨٥٣.

The church of St Sabas - Abdin

At the end of the XVIIIth century, the village of Abdin was inhabited by families who worked for the Saabs, a local feudal family. The first inhabitants built a small vault to be dedicated as a church. In 1884 with the aid of Fr Youhanna El Alam a new church began to be built. The construction was done in 1889. The church holds a painting of St Sabas by Kanaan Dib dating back to 1853.

كنيسة السيّدة - عمشيت
بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أواسط القرن العاشر وكان يطلق عليها إسم سيّدة البيدر. سنة ١٧٨٢ بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة. سنة ١٩٠٠. أُفيم في الكنيسة بيت القربان الرخاميّ ووضعت لوحة سيّدة الإنتقال. سنة ١٩٥٨ رمّمت الكنيسة ووُسّعت آخذة شكلها الحاليّ بعدما أُزيلت من داخلها الشواهد والقبور. رُمّمت الكنيسة أواخر القرن العشرين وهي كناية عن عقد مُصالب ينتهي بحنية.

The church of Our Lady - Amshit
The first church was built in the middle of the Xth century and was known by our Lady of the field. In 1782 the current church was built. In 1900 the marble tabernacle and the painting of the Assumption were brought. In 1958 the church was restored and all of the tombs and the shrines where removed. The church was renewed in the latter part of the XXth century. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with an apse.

بنيت سنة ١٨٢٧ عندما نزح آل كرم من يانوح الى قرطبا وطلبوا بناء كنيسة من مشايخ آل حمادة الذين أذنوا بناء كنيسة في الحرزمانة أي في المكان عينه حيث جرى الوفاق حيث كانت توجد بقايا رومانيّة. وبُنيت بالعونة بين أهالي قرطبا. بُنيت الكنيسة على مرحلتين وتصالبت أسواق العقد بشكل L وأُلغي الباب القديم أواخر القرن التاسع عشر. اللوحة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي سنة ١٨٣٢.


The church of Our Lady of Herezmeny - Qartaba
The church was built in 1827 when the Karam family moved from Yanouh to Qartaba. The family made a deal with the sheikhs of the Hamade family to build a church in the Herezmeny land where stood some roman ruins. The church was built with the villagers' voluntary work and effort. In the late 19th century a vault was added to the main building that ended up with an L shape. The painting is the work of Kanaan Dib and dates back to 1832
